Each year on Veterans Day, we proudly honor Detroit’s veterans with a special celebration, including a complimentary meal, free clothing, raffles, and more, showing our gratitude for their service and sacrifice. All veterans are welcome to join us for lunch.

Michigan Lottery Arts Beats & Eats
Arts, Beats & Eats is a beloved Labor Day weekend festival in downtown Royal Oak that celebrates art, music, food, and community. As a Core Charity Partner, Volunteers of America Michigan receives a portion of the festival proceeds, helping us continue our mission to serve veterans, families, and individuals in need across the state, all while guests enjoy a weekend full of entertainment and fun.
To fulfill our partnership, we need 30 volunteers, all of whom enjoy free tickets and parking all weekend (but you only work one shift!). Want to volunteer? Sign up here!
