Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) provides short-term supportive services for very low-income veterans and their families to help with rent evictions and to rapidly re-house those who are already homeless. We provide case management and temporary financial assistance to connect eligible veterans in housing crisis with needed services to promote housing stability to their families.

Who qualifies for SSVF Assistance?
• Head of household or a household member must have served in the Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Space Force, Air Force or Marines, and was discharged or released from their service under conditions other than dishonorable. The term “family” is used herein, and is inclusive of all household compositions, including single persons.
• Have an annual income below 80% of the area median household income.
• Must be literally homeless or imminently at risk of literal homelessness.
