Volunteers of America Michigan’s Booth Community House was featured on CBS Detroit for addressing Detroit’s affordable housing shortage. The redevelopment of the historic St. Mary of Redford church transformed the space into 44 affordable housing units for seniors and working families. The project preserves the building’s historic character while providing quality, affordable homes in a community that desperately needs them.
