After losing everything during the pandemic, Erica, D’Andre, and their daughter lived in their car and struggled to get by. Thanks to generous support, VOA Michigan helped them rebuild — securing stable housing, job support, and the resources to start anew. Today, D’Andre works nearby, Minty begins school with confidence, and Erica runs a business supporting fellow veterans.
