This beautiful 66-unit Partridge Creek Senior Village provides homes to low income seniors in Macomb County. Residents will enjoy amenities such as community room, laundry machines, wheel chair accessible community area, library, game room, space for senior activities, and a professional, quiality, friendly management team to provide services and assist to the residents. This building is three stories high, all apartments have one bedroom and most utilities will be included.As part of the program, residents who are 62 years and older, will be required to pay no more than 30 percent of their adjusted income on rent.
