Helping Families in Need at Christmas

With the help of generous sponsors, we will provide Christmas blessings to families throughout Michigan to make Christmas 2008 a celebration they will never forget.  In 2007, we served over 13,000 people through the Adopt A Family program!
Those wishing to adopt families can provide sponsorships in a variety of ways to meet every budget:

  • Your gift of $20 provides a toy for a child
  • Your gift of $30 provides warm winter clothing for a child
  • Your gift of $50 provides Christmas dinner for a family
  • Your gift of $150 provides an entire Christmas experience for a family of four

In Southeast Michigan, we also have an Adopt-A-Senior Program where we match seniors in need with sponsors who adopt them for the holiday season. You can adopt a senior in honor or in memory of a loved one.

  • Your gift of $85 provides a fruit basket and very special item from a senior's wish list.

If you prefer a more personal, hands on experience, through our direct sponsorship program; you will receive a family or senior profile and wish list. Using that information, you actually go out and do the shopping and deliver your presents to your adoptee!
